Below is a summary of the costs to enhanced the  water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant and extend the utilities to the site.

• Total Cost $64M

• SSRP Grant = $19.5M

• Brownfield Tax Increment Financing = $18M*

• Remaining cost = $26.5M

*According to The Right Place Strategic Readiness Fun Grant Application, "The $18+ million in "local community and financial support"  is in the form of a projected brownfield TIF reimbursement toward these costs, realized over a projected 15-year period."  If this is accurate, tax revenue to the City/Township would be reduced by $1.2 M/ year.
